New This Fall: the Split-Top Workbench
Demo content — Kerfline & Co. is a fictional woodshop. This site is a demo of the KeoCodes Site Engine: the maker, plans, prices, reviews and town stand in for a real shop's, checkout charges nothing, and nothing sent from here reaches anybody.
I've been asked for this plan since the shop opened. It took two years because I wanted the leg vise to work with no metal parts beyond the screw, and the first two versions racked.
What's in it
- 22 pages: lumber list, exploded views, every joint drawn full size where it matters.
- A leg vise with a parallel guide that keeps the chop square.
- A height chart, because a bench that's too tall is the most common mistake I see.
It's $24 in the catalog. If you've built the outfeed table, you already know every tool it needs.
